The Design Team has chosen this adorable summer card by SHIRLEY as the Card of the Week. Shirley will receive a $5 gift certificate to Phindy's store and will be in the running for a Guest Designer spot.

Congratulations ladies and please email Phindy to claim your prizes.

Challenge # 64 - Pretty Pastels

Summer is here and everything is hot and vibrant so let's cool things off a bit.  This week we want you to make cards in PRETTY PASTELS so dig out those softly coloured papers and embellishments and let's see what you can create.

You don't have to use a Phindy image but we certainly hope you will and if you do, follow the instructions on the sidebar and enter your card twice.  If you don't have a Phindy image, there are lots over at the Phindy's Place store that would look great on a pastel card, so pop over and pick up one or two.

You can win two prizes, one winner will be chosen at random from the entries and will win a $5 gift certificate to the Phindy's Place Store and one entry will win Card of the Week with the creator also receiving a $5 gift certificate. Don't forget that once a month we will choose an overall winner from the weekly winners and they will be offered a Guest position on the DT - and of course a free image from Phindy's Place to use for that week's challenge!

Our designers have created some lovely pastel inspiration for you this week and are joined by Tracy MacDonald as a Guest Designer.  Tracy was chosen from the June Cards of the Week.  If you want details on any of the cards, just click on the designer's name and you will be taken directly to their blog.

What fabulous Phindy cards we had last week and here are the winners.

Our random winner of a $5 gift certificate to Phindy's store is BARBARA.

Tracy will also receive a $5 gift certificate to Phindy's store and will be in the running for a Guest Designer spot.

Congratulations ladies and please email Phindy to claim your prizes.

Challenge #63 - Buttons

Button, button, who's got the button?  We hope you do.  This week our challenge to you is to create a card featuring BUTTONS.  You may use any image this week but if you use a Phindy image, don't forget to follow the instructions in the challenge rules on the sidebar and enter your card twice.

We will reward a random winner with a $5 gift certificate from Phindy's store and the Design Team will choose one project as Card of the Week.  The creator of that card will also receive a $5 gift certificate from Phindy's store and will be in the running for a Guest Designer spot.

The Design Team has created some wonderful inspiration for you.  If you want the details of their cards, just click on their name and you will be taken directly to their blog.

Phindy's Place Challenge #62 - Anything Goes, use a Phindy image

It's here at last!  Today is the Phabulous Phindy Phriday when anything goes as long as you use a Phindy's Place image!  There are some great images in the shop, if you are looking for a freebie you will always find a few on the Phindy's Place PCP Group.  The first Friday in the month will be Anything Goes for at least the next three months, so you know you can plan ahead and create a fab card or project to play along.

You can win two prizes, one winner will be chosen at random from the entries and will win a $5 gift certificate to the Phindy's Place Store and one entry will win Pick of the Week which will also have a $5 gift certificate prize. Don't forget that once a month we will choose an overall winner from the weekly winners and they will be offered a Guest position on the DT - and of course a free image from Phindy's Place to use for that week's challenge! The full rules are listed in the sidebar, please check them out before you enter, but most importantly you need to use a Phindy's Place image and do have fun!

Here are some Phabulous Phriday cards to inspire you from our very talented Design Team.

Winners - Challenge #60 - Black & White

We are sorry to be late with the winners' post for the Black & White challenge but we had a tie for Card of the Week and waited to hear back from Phindy to break it but she has better things on her mind - snuggling that adorable new Granddaughter - and didn't get back to us yet, which is perfectly understandable.  Rather than waiting any longer a husband was pressed into service, the two names were put into a hat and he drew one so read on to see whose name he chose.

First, our random winner of a $5 gift certificate to Phindy's store is TIP TOP.

And without further ado, the Card of the Week is by TRACY MacDONALD with this adorable card featuring Beary Beautiful. Tracy's prize is a $5 gift certificate to Phindy's store and she will also be in the running for a Guest Designer spot.

Congratulations ladies and please email Phindy to claim your prize.
